As a Home Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of the nursing home.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents. Following actually person centred care. (Not just rolling out a template!)
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure a high standard of care.
  • Engaging with residents and their families to create a welcoming and supportive environment.

Qualifications & Expertise Required:

  • Valid Nursing qualification (e.g., RGN, RMN).
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in healthcare.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop care plans and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
