Clinical Lead/Deputy Home Manager

£24.00 per hour + Paid Breaks
40 Hours per Week | Days Only

A reputable care home in Knaresborough is seeking a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse looking to step into a management position or an experienced deputy seeking a fresh challenge.

In this role, you’ll support the Home Manager with daily operations, lead clinical excellence, and act as a mentor to the wider care team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the nursing and care team with professionalism and compassion
• Oversee care planning and medication management
• Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
• Support, supervise, and train staff to ensure consistent high standards
• Work closely with families and external professionals to meet residents’ needs

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Proven leadership experience in a care home or healthcare setting
• Strong clinical decision-making and people management skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care and improving quality of life
