Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a luxury health care provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing homes and dementia care, with a passion for providing high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and supervise staff in daily operations of the care home
– Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring individual needs are met
– Oversee medication administration and adherence to healthcare protocols
– Coordinate with senior care professionals to optimize resident well-being
– Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in nursing homes or senior care facilities
– Strong background in dementia care and managing care teams
– Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
– Knowledge of medication administration protocols
– RGN/RMN qualified.
