As a Principal Solutions Architect, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading technical discussions and providing guidance to junior architects and developers.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

 

Essential Skills for the Principal Solutions Architect Role

To excel as a Principal Solutions Architect in the Healthcare Digital Insurance Software sector, the following skills are essential:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP), and integration solutions specific to healthcare applications..
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective technology solutions that meet client needs.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and the unique challenges faced within the digital healthcare landscape. Experience using X12 EDI standards is a must have
