Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data health intelligence engineering team in developing and implementing data strategies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable data solutions that support clinical and operational decision-making.
- Drive the development of cutting-edge analytics and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into health data.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices while advocating for data privacy and security.

To excel in the role of Vice President role, candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management technologies, big data frameworks, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL would be beneficial.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Minimum of 4 years experience managing teams of 25+ engineers/developers.
