Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data health intelligence engineering team in developing and implementing data strategies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable data solutions that support clinical and operational decision-making.
• Drive the development of cutting-edge analytics and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into health data.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices while advocating for data privacy and security.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

 

To excel in the role of Vice President role, candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management technologies, big data frameworks, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL would be beneficial.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Minimum of 4 years experience managing teams of 25+ engineers/developers.
